Melanie Brezill is a Chicago native and a recent graduate of Northwestern University. She is currently performing the role” “Violet Beauregarde” in the Chicago Shakespeare Theater’s production of Willy Wonka. This fall she will be performing the role of “Emmie Thibodeaux” in Caroline or Change at the Court Theater. Other credits include “Missie May” in Spunk (Northwestern), New York Showcase (Second Stage Theater, NYC), “Bird Girl” in Seussical (Chicago Shakespeare Theater), and featured soloist with Kanye West and Common at Chicago’s House of Blues.
