Caitlin Collins is a native of Westport, CT and is currently pursuing her Master's at Manhattan School of Music. There she has performed excerpts and scenes from Mozart's Le Nozze di Figaro (Countess), Handel's Alcina (Alcina), Gounod's Faust (Marguerite), and Moore's The Ballad of Baby Doe (Baby Doe), and will perform as a soprano soloist in Handel’s L’allegro ed il Penseroso. Recently she appeared as the soprano soloist in Mozart's Missa Solemnis (St. Paul, MN), Cunegonde in Candide (Chicago, IL), and various roles in My Fair Lady under the direction of Kim Weild (Brewster, MA). Caitlin obtained her BM at Northwestern University, where some of her favorite roles included Helena in Britten’s opera A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Adriana in David Bell’s new adaptation of The Boys From Syracuse.
