Andrea Wright majored in piano at Interlochen Arts Academy. After Oberlin College and the University of Chicago she joined Joffrey Ballet School appearing in "Sleeping Beauty" and "Paquita." She danced with various opera companies in Puccini's "Le Villi," "Bartered Bride," and "Merry Widow." Regional work includes Prince Theater’s "Annie Get Your Gun.” She was a recent soloist in Ellington’s “Such Sweet Thunder” at Symphony Space NYC
